Resumo: | To overcome the current challenges faced by organizations, public schools of basic education must develop learning practices, with the aim of generating knowledge and innovation from their own experiences. The development of public schools of basic education as learning organizations is linked to an innovative administration and synchronized with the principles of organizational learning and knowledge management. The general objective of this research was to map the competences present in the ENEM reference matrix related to mathematics and its technologies according to the performance of classes and students of senior year of high school in public schools in the state of Paraíba. This mapping was done through the joint creation and application of a diagnostic assessment system and an instrument for tabulation of data from the performance in this assessment. The method used was participatory action research. The research was conducted in five public schools in the state of Paraiba. It was found that the participating schools had the worst performance indices in competences 4 and 5. The principles of organizational theory, systemic thinking and knowledge management applied in schools of basic education contributed to their development as learning organizations, bringing benefits to institutions, teachers and students. |
