It was adopted as a methodological resource content analysis of the speeches of 240 students of the Reference Regional Centre training courses, the IFPB, from 2103/2014, on issues raised by the researcher on the subject. The social reintegration represents the evolution in public policy on drugs in the last decades that have advanced in a conservative vision for the conception of users's citizenship rights. As a result of the methodology, was articulated 14 themes and 19 sub-themes that were summarized into four main topics: (1) The social reintegration of users crack and other drugs as a return to social life; (2) The social reintegration as life-changing process with the support of the care network; (3) The political and institutional limits to the effectiveness of social reintegration, and (4) The role of the professional in the social reintegration the users of crack and other drugs: work hard to network and proposals for action. From the discussions undertaken on this material can be understood that social reintegration is the main challenge of the current policies on drugs in the country. The discussions on these topics provided an understanding of the social reintegration process of these users will only be consolidated with the adoption of measures that enable the articulation of care networks for the development of actions taken across sectors and through continued training of professionals to deal in a humane way with users and their families in the host processes and incentive to defend their rights citizenship by overcoming in this way the traditional linear methods of intervention. The professionals gain the leading role in the articulation of processes of care networks and in society's awareness of actions to overcome the prejudice and stigmatized view of these crack and other drugs.
