Resumo: | The present work aims to discuss the possibilities of using different media in the classroom by analyzing situations in which students participate creating their own videos. We understand that in a society characterised by the daily presence of Communication and Information Technologies, these Technologies should be a relevant part of the educational practice, in this context we also understand this culture is closely connected to new generations. The main objective of this project is the search by reviewing the use of video in schools with students participating as producers. Specific objectives sought to investigate how ICT can be mediators for a dialogical approach to education and manufacturing, monitoring and participating in projects to video production in schools, encouraging the production of knowledge in the school from audiovisual techniques, besides other. During the research, we raised a debate based on a critical bias that seeks to offer alternatives to a consume culture and distribute tools that allow students and teachers to read and write audiovisual language. The methodology of field research was based primarily on participant observation in the classroom trying to encourage learning through the making of videos, which was the focus of this project. The research results were the creation of a video by the students and the teacher, and the report on the interaction between the subjects when they create a film work illustrating some elements of Sciences curriculum. The school system should incorporate the use of media, specially the video, in a dialogic perspective. The production of videos by the students can be an important tool to transform the educational process. |
