Resumo: | Through a phenomenological approach, intermediated by the body and the human senses, this work is an analytical study of the experience in the architecture of the Cais do Sertão Museum. The Museum, marked by representativeness and reference to northeastern culture, was designed in 2009 by the Brasil Arquitetura Office that, according to Max Risselada (2005, p.10) represents"”a specific architectural culture"”. Furthermore, the founding architects, Marcelo Ferraz and Francisco Fanucci, manifest projective postures aimed at a constructive sensitivity directed to the phenomenology of architecture, with an openness to the senses and the appreciation of the perceptive experience. Starting from the question: How can the architectural culture of Brasil Arquitetura affects the sensory experience of users? Having as a general objective: to understand the relationship between the architectural experiences in the Cais do Sertão Museum and the production of Brasil Arquitetura. Therefore, the methodological procedures were organized into 4 stages of research: 1) bibliographic review; 2) documentary research; 3) field research and 4) phenomenological description. which sought to describe the phenomenon that is revealed in experience, pointing to a perceptual experience, linked to memory, consciousness, the body and architectural culture. Three visits to the Cais do Sertão Museum were made, developing an experience report for each visit, analyzed from the lines: 1) childhood memory; 2) senses and movement and 3) architectural culture. Sensory experiences in architecture are evidenced, and it is sought to emphasize the role of the body, senses and memory in this experience. This work highlights that experiencing a place / space is always a new and individual experience, and we can only understand it through our bodies. |
