This work aims to analyze the discourse of tarot readers and consultants, about the use of Tarot as an Integrative and Complementary Practice and the extrasensory presence in the game as a possible intuitive factor. In dialogue with authors in the field, we present the contradictory history of the origin of the Tarot and its symbology. The trajectory of the cards, as a simple entertainment game to the path of divination, as well as the history of the Tarot de Marseille. We carried out a bibliographic survey of the relationship between Jung's concepts: Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious with the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot and their relationship with the Integrative and Complementary Practices (PICS). We contextualize the Integrative and Complementary Practices, with points about their historical trajectory and the arrival of Tarot in Brazil. We used discourse analysis as a methodology, for a better understanding of the speeches of three tarot readers and six consultants, in places of service, in the city of João Pessoa, who use or not, the Tarot as an Integrative and Complementary Practice.
