Resumo: | With the advancement of knowledge about the diagnostic criteria for behavioral disorders in the population, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (TDAH) has stood out. Considering this growing trend, and the search for treatments with fewer side effects, games have been indicated as a possible resource. The Corporeality Pedagogy has demonstrated how the game can stimulate attention, sociability and memory, hence we define as a research problem: What therapeutic effects are produced in sustained attention in children with TDAH through the didactic program, Toys and Toys Workshop (OBBA)? Thus, the objective was thus defined, to analyze the therapeutic potential of OBBA by absorbing the player, keeping the attention of children with TDAH during the game. This research is characterized as an action-research, whose subjects were 4 children, aged between 7 and 9 years old, diagnosed with TDAH, registered at the Child-Youth Psychosocial Care Center (Capsi). We defined as instruments for obtaining the data the identification record and the observation script, used throughout the workshops (OBBA), there were two weekly sessions of approximately 40 minutes, in a period of two months, therefore, 12 sessions and 960 hours of filmed sessions. The toys and games explored during the sessions were the tangram, the shuttlecock and the shuttle. For data analysis, the Scriptural method was used, a semiotic design for analyzing the movement of the Pedagogy of Corporeality. Based on data analysis, we inferred that OBBA proved to be an effective resource, as it produced the necessary stimulation for sustained attention in children with TDAH. We identified as effects of the workshops the sustained attention of children, for a long period, while making the toy and carrying out the games, while it proved to be a stimulator of imagination, creativity and self-esteem in the construction of the toy itself. The experience of playing during the workshops with the tangram, the shuttlecock and the shuttle showed that construction games are easy to access, low cost, without contraindications and encouraged attentive and creative play by children with TDAH. |
