Resumo: | Youth have become a target of great interest both in the sense of public policies and in the sense of theoretical development on the subject. Research indicates that the youth population and the one that most suffers from unemployment, but on the other hand, there is a strong incentive on the part of the State and society for the young to enter the labor market. One of the incentive forms is the promotion of public policies of vocational training with the aim of qualifying the young people. These policies are mainly located in the areas of education and vocational training, there being a link between formal education and professional qualification also legitimized by the Youth Statute. Thus, it is a thesis that the Policy of Learning and Vocational Training, in spite of not guaranteeing qualified technical training, allows young people to construct a life project, since they are carried out in educational contexts, have a social and Psychological, helping in the constitution of these young people as subject. The general objective of this thesis is to analyze the context provided by the Learning and Vocational Training Policy and the appropriation of these by young people, based on their life trajectories, to build their life projects. For this, a research of quanti-quali character was adopted, adopting the methodological triangulation. Two studies were carried out, and the third study is underway. In Study I, a document analysis was performed; Were accessed: manuals, sites, reports, pedagogical projects, being analyzed from the Analysis of Thematic Content and the QDA Miner. The II Study was an exploratory study, had the questionnaire as an instrument applied to 237 youngsters, analyzed from the SPSS. Study III is in the process of being done, it is a discussion group that will be analyzed from the Classical Analysis and Cross-Analysis through the Alceste software. Some considerations about the material collected reveals that the programs studied have the main objective of training young people, but they have different levels of technical training. There is a predominance of young people between the ages of 14 and 18 accessing politics. Part of the young people brings in their life trajectories the experience of precocious work; Comes from several social segments; The access to the services demarcates that not all went through the same policies. Professional qualification is treated in all policies as a key to success. |
