Resumo: | Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects the communication, social interaction and personal interests of its sufferers. The use of digital resources has become a popular alternative to improve the quality of life of people with autism, however, designing and developing these resources, as well as ensuring their quality, can be a challenge for stakeholders. In this context, there are usability-oriented development guides available for consultation. However, the number of guidelines, the concepts involved and their breadth of application make using these guides laborious. To solve this problem, this paper proposes defining different levels of importance for the usability criteria of digital resources aimed at people with ASD. To this end, the AutismGuide (a guide for the development of digital tools aimed at people with ASD) was the subject of a study using crowdsourcing. The aim of this work was to assign different levels of importance to the criteria of different categories of the AutismGuide, considering different contexts of use (domains). Data was collected using a collaborative system made available on the Internet. The results of the study show that some criteria are more important than others, and that this importance can vary depending on the domain of each digital resource. Obtaining different levels of importance helps to make the use and application of the guidelines more practical in the processes of developing and evaluating digital resources for people with ASD. |
