The legal protection of labor relations against the automation has always generated doubts about their delineations and parameters. The etymology of the word automation is commonly confused when discussing the term together with automatization, which made important the discussion about its interdisciplinary meaning. The discussions were always enveloped in constitutional efficacy of the device in the Brazilian Constitution from 1998. However the prospect pursued through this work assumes economic results through the implementation of redistributive and solidary policies in Brazilian history, demonstrating in indicators not only the behavior of the macroeconomy as well as the social sphere - by this kind of indicators - to bring the extent of development in their plural area. Thus, studying the Brazilian industrialization, the impacts of automation and collating statistics through this scenario, it is possible to find another justification for labor protection against the automation, realizing the development that proposes an anthropocentrism on its global dialogue.
