Resumo: The research aimed to analyze the perception of users of cyber media and social networks about the crime of feminicide. The qualitative approach showed to be the best way and was made possible through ethnography through the internet. After the analyses, it was observed that the state protective systems appear to be deficient in combating feminicide, which causes a charge for an increase in courts specialized in domestic and gender violence, however, in addition to the physical apparatus, the institutional complex demonstrates a lack of improvement in the quality of care in these sectors to surviving victims and their families. The ways in which journalists, users of social networks and public agents deal with the deaths of women, revitimizing them, are based on the misogynist culture and have repercussions on measures to face these crimes, since they reproduce gender inequalities. It was also glimpsed that gender violence permeates different segments of the State, as well as of civil society, presenting itself, sometimes, as the beginning of a structural chain of violence, whose maximum point is feminicide.
