Resumo: | This study analysis the organizational structure of different semiotic systems which constitute the spectacle intitled Donzela Guerreira, performed by the theatrical company Mundu Rodá. Thus, the main object of this research is the understanding of how different semiotic systems (inter)act in the refered play as well as to notice the resulting process of semiosis ocurred from these dialogical meetings. The methodological approach concerns the study of the different signs that constitute the spectacle as, for instance, the performance of the actors, the elements of the scenery, the sounds, the lighting, the costumes, the voice tone and the linguistic signs, among others. The analysis will be theoretically supported by scholars linked to the Tartu-Moscow Semiotic School as Lótman, Machado, Schnaiderman, Uspênski, Bakhtin and Jakobson. The fiel of the Theatre as a semiotic system was mainly supported by Pavis, Fischer-Lichte, Übersfeld and Guinsburg. In this way, this research intends to contribute to the understanding of the play Donzela Guerreira as an intercultural text, according to the semiotic point of view. |
