Resumo: Autism Spectrum Disorder does not have a standard definition as it involves several aspects to reach a diagnosis, as it affects areas of neurodevelopment responsible for social interaction, communication and behavior, adding to the need for specific and early interventions so that child development can be enhanced through the range of therapeutic proposals. This is a methodological study carried out in the County of Crateús-CE and its general objective was to build a flowchart to promptly refer children to the identification of warning signs. for Autism Spectrum Disorder by the nurse during the childcare consultation in Primary Health Care. The study was constructed in 3 stages, with the 1st Stage consisting of two moments, the first being the completion of the Integrative Review, a search was carried out in the databases of scientific data articles relevant to the theme, using the following descriptors: autistic disorder, child health and early detection. The second moment took place with the Focus Group where, through a dialogue based on guiding questions, it was possible to learn about how nurses practice in Primary Health Care during childcare and which instruments are used in screening for BDD. Autistic Spectrum. The 2nd Stage involved the creation of the flowchart, based on the needs highlighted by the professionals in stage 1 and, finally, it was in the 3rd Stage that judges carried out the evaluation to validate the content and appearance of the flowchart using as a minimum parameter the Content Validation Index (CVI) of 0.7 corresponding to 70% agreement. According to the results of the experts' responses regarding the agreement and representativeness of the items in each dimension, it was observed that the majority obtained CVI above 0.7. For the objectives block - the CVI was 0.85, for structure and presentation - the CVI was 0.86, and for relevance the CVI was 0.8. The sum of all IVCs was 0.84, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the technology. The IVC indices indicated that the content of the tracking tool is valid. In view of this, it is concluded that the technology built is relevant to improving PHC activities with regard to the standardization of screening and conduct, ensuring the proximity of PHC to other RAS equipment, as well as providing a better quality of life for children. who are at risk for Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing the possibility of early diagnosis and adequate guidance.
