Resumo: |
Introduction: In the last decade, the violence against women has become a public health problem, with a focus on greater social and political visibility in the country, accompanying a global movement for the recognition of women's human rights to a life without violence. In view of this public health problem, the objective of this research is to analyze the consequences of domestic violence, which is the most common form, on the health of women sheltered in a transit house in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, to, from this, create educational technologies to face this type of violence. The work is justified by the high number of reports of violence against women. It is noteworthy that the present project is inserted in the Research Priorities Agenda of the Ministry of Health: Axis 4 - Development of Technologies and Innovation in Health and Axis 14 - Maternal and Child Health. This research had as objectives: To understand the reflexes of the situations of violence in the health of women sheltered in “Lar Acolhimento Aconchego” and, based on the data collected, to build an educational booklet to help in the fight against violence against women. Methodology: This is a qualitative research with an exploratory descriptive character. The study included eight women who were present at the time of data collection at the shelter “Lar Aconchego” in the county of Santa Maria / RS. The data were collected in the period from November to December 2020. It should be noted that this space was chosen because it is a temporary, safe and confidential reception place, favoring the collection and reflection based on the data obtained about the nursing care that it may be implemented in the public health network to prevent new cases of violence. Results: Manuscript 1 brings results that favor a reflection on information that may be contained in the product of this research, aiming at female empowerment, minimizing the situations of violence faced by them. It was concluded that although research shows how much the health of women is affected by the violence faced in daily life shows the path taken for the creation of the product entitled “Live without violence”. It is an experience report, it becomes essential to support materials that indicate the rights of these women. The study revealed, through the interviewees' statements, that there is fear in seeking help due to the lack of information. This fact reinforces the need to create a product that brings these considerations clearly and objectively. Manuscript 2 of the construction of an educational booklet, built in the first half of 2021, from the realization of field research with women who experienced violence. The project for conducting the interviews that served as the base for the creation of this booklet was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Franciscana / UFN under Opinion nº. 4,220,798. It is believed that educational material produced effectively from the reality of women who experience the serious problem of violence can change their reality and that of the women in their network. Generated product and applicability: The results of this research provided a greater understanding of the difficulties faced by women who face domestic violence and the consequences of these situations for their health. It is hoped that the product can contribute to the expanded care with the health of women. The booklet contains information accessible online on the rights of women in order to empower them, aiming at issues related to the area of maternal and child care and expanded nursing care. |
