The present research had as main objective to investigate how the Education in Human Rights, foreseen in the National Curriculum Guidelines of Basic Education is articulated in the Common National Curriculum Base. As specific objectives it tried to identify Education in Human Rights in its historical trajectory in Brazil; interpret the National Guidelines for Education in Human Rights and analyze the National Education Plan 2014-2024 in its goals for basic education, in the design of the national curriculum and the perspective of Education in Human Rights. The investigation was a theoretical study, with a bibliographic, documentary and qualitative approach, based on written data. As some of the results point out the prevalence of pedagogical influences external to the Brazilian educational reality in the elaboration of the National Guidelines for Education in Human Rights, the prevalence of the neoliberal vision of education in the PNE 2014-2024 and the underrepresentation of the EDH in the BNCC. |
