Resumo: Outline: Health and Education Ministries developed the health in school program that proposes descriptive actions in 17 thematic axes. Among those stands out reproductive health promotion, sexually transmitted diseases prevention and early pregnancy. In order to contribute to this program and promote teenager’s health the Goal: of this research was to understand the available scientific evidences about early pregnancy prevention and sexually transmitted diseases in adolescence. To report the steps of Professional Formation Course about teenage thematic realized with last years of elementary school teachers in São Sepé. Methodology: This is an action research developed from promotion and operationalization of a professional formation course in the period between 2020 March and 2020 October. This study was realized in seven phases, they were: Situational diagnosis; a review about situation problem; elaboration of action propose; appreciation of action propose and adequation of it by schools directive staff and teachers; operationalization of action propose; evaluation and changes from implemented action; socialization of results with scientific community. To data collect and action propose it was done meetings with directive staffs and after it was sent a questionary by Google Forms® to teachers that was filled by 34 of them. From the query answers analysis, it was organized and operationalized a professional formation course for teachers, however the course theme attracted other professionals. There was in the course 140 registered, it occurred in three afternoons in online modality, and at the end this action was evaluated by the participants. Results: Concerning the narrative study, it was observed that many adolescents do not have adequate information to take care of theirselves or even theses information do not arouse the importance of self-care. The lack of a health professional reference as well as a relative to trust. It was evidenced needs not attended relating to contraception and consequently high index of pregnancies in the age range of 15 to 19 years old. Equally alcohol, smoke and other drugs abuse concomitant with increasing cases of sexually transmitted diseases. In the scientific technology in modality of capacitation course the results showed the teachers ’satisfaction for having their needs listened and potentialize their self-reliance. The sameness must give space to new, both in scientific knowledge as in professional valorization. It was significant the interaction between health and teaching areas potentializing the permanent education. Final Considerations: The social technology production in the formation course modality can be considered an instrumentalization tool for teachers approach forthcoming themes beyond their knowledge area. The sexuality, sexually transmitted diseases and early pregnancy themes still increasing discussions and deepening to be transmitted in a spontaneous way demystifying taboos and prejudgments, main in teenagers. Applicability: The online capacitation course is applicable in many healthy and teaching scenarios and nursing professionals must empower themselves to review, change realities, exercise the entrepreneur thought and propose improvements to population in any evolutive cycle stage, considering that in this study the focus was the adolescents self-care.
