Resumo: Introduction: Pregnancy is associated with not only biological and somatic changes, but also psychological and social changes, which influence the individual and relational psychic dynamics of the pregnant woman. When it occurs in adolescence, it can be aggravated by financial, social, psychological and biological consequences, among others. Pregnancy at this stage of life can cause damage to the health of both the mother and the baby. For example, there is the risk of miscarriage, premature birth, low-weight newborns, among others. When pregnancy occurs during the treatment of a cancer, the situation tends to worsen in view of the effects that may arise from chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The present study had as a research issue: how information and guidelines on sexuality, adolescent pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections reach adolescents with cancer? Objectives: To answer that question, two objectives were listed, which are: raise the needs of information on pregnancy prevention and Sexually Transmitted Infections of adolescents undergoing cancer treatment in a large hospital in the central region of state Rio Grande do Sul and create an educational game about pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted Infections and Sexuality of Teenagers who are undergoing treatment due to some type of cancer. This study is justified by the importance of instrumentalizing the health team to prevent pregnancy with adolescent undergoing cancer treatment. In addition, it is necessary to approach topics such as sexuality, Sexually Transmitted Infections prevention and fertility-related guidelines at that stage of life. Methodology: This is a descriptive and exploratory research of charater qualitative carried out in the period of august to october 2019. The place of accomplishment study was in an onco-hematologic unit of public hospital in the central region of state Rio Grande do Sul, in which has already occurred gestation during the period of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, causing harm to mother and fetus. The consequences may include the side effects of medicines and lowering immunity during treatment. Results obtained: It was noticed that 100% of the health professionals working in this sector recognize that they do not guide on topics considered taboos, focusing the assistence on cancer treatment. Although they do not address adolescent pregnancy, sexually transmitted Infections and sexuality, they consider it important to discuss the topic, softening the cravings of these patients. Expected results: It is expected, with the creation of educational game, to facilitate the debate on the topics of pregnancy in adolescence, Sexually Transmitted Infections and sexuality of adolescents. Final Considerations: When dealing with adolescents undergoing cancer treatment, the difficulties in working on the issues may be increased, as professionals, often being focused on cancer treatment, do not pay due attention to the patient´s context. Product generated: Board game addressing issues about teen pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted Infections and sexuality. From the research with health professionals, a roadmap was created and the elaboration of the prototype board game titled “Planning Life” which aims to facilitate the approach on topics considered taboos with adolescents undergoing cancer treatment. It is hoped that this playful technology will be a tool that favors discussions on the theme of pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections among adolescents, improving their quality of life.
