Resumo: |
This study deals with the work of mothers in the function of sorting recyclables, which inspired the creation of a technology, teaching material in the format of a booklet, targeting children in basic education in public and private schools. The proposal meets the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), referring to agenda 2030, a global pact with the United Nations (UN), which aims to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive environment. The study also contemplates the Agenda for Research Priorities of the Ministry of Health: Axis 1 - Environment, work, and health, and is based on the Sectoral Policies of the Education and Health areas, in addition to CAPES Qualis Técnico/Tecnológico de Material Didático. Objectives: to construct and validate an inclusive and bilingual didactic material, for children in basic education, with a view to Environmental Education at school. Methodological route: This is an action-research composed of 5 stages, according to Tripp: identification of the problem/needs, planning of a solution, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Eleven mothers, workers from an association of recyclable material selectors, participated. The initial stage of identifying the needs occurred through conversations, drawing workshops, and reports of experiences. The measurement instrument for validation occurred through the application of the instrument in two distinct groups, being specialists in health and education and elementary school students, using the Content Validation Index (CVI). Result: the material obtained during the activities went through analysis and an extraction table that composed the script for the preparation of the booklet and the evaluation and validation by experts and the Ethics Committee. The research period was from September 2022 to November 2022. Product and Applicability: the product generated by this dissertation is an educational booklet entitled Recycling Mothers X Pollutant Squad: on the humanitarian ecological mission. This product is characterized as a tool for environmental education, also contributing to health management. This technology is presented in a printed version and on line for free, bilingual, and accessible to children with disabilities. The product of this dissertation will be available for use in public and private schools, in any region of the country. |
