This work arising from a Professional master research in science and mathematical teaching developed at Franciscana University and it is part of the research line Teacher Continue Education and it has the followed guiding question: How the school science laboratory can become a learning space in the early years of Elementary school? For this reason, the main objective is to understand how the school science laboratory can become a learning space of scientific concepts in the early years of Elementary school. The specific objectives are: -Analyze the science skills for the early years of Elementary school recommended by BNCC; - Conceptualize the experimentation as a scientific practice;- Explain the characteristics of school laboratories;- explore potentialities of science school laboratories as a learning space in the early years;- Formulate a teacher continue education course relate to science school laboratory for the early years;- The theoretical reference approaches: -Experimentation as a scientific practice ;- Curriculum Common National Basis (CCNB). and the science teaching; - Science school laboratories as a learning space in the early years;- the educator formation for the science teaching. The research is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive in its essence and it is been developed by bibliographic survey, document analysis as well as questionnaire application to teachers. The data analysis was based on assumptions of content analysis. Finally, the educational result developed is a teacher continue education course for educators that aim to encourage the use of the science school laboratory as a learning space for the early years. |
