CONSTRUÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE MATERIAL DIDÁTICO E INSTRUCIONAL COM MULTIMÍDIA SOBRE HOMEOPATIA COM ÊNFASE EM PEDIATRIA

Resumo: Homeopathy arrange itself as a complex medical specialty inserted in the occidental medicine, but differs from the biomedic model in the aspects inherent to the diagnosis as well as the therapeutic intervention. So, the creation of validated technical products/ technologic about homeopathy becomes more relevant in the sense of allowing knowledge and autonomy to the future professionals of the medical area. Objectives: Create a didactic and instructional material with multimedia about homeopathy for students in a graduation course for medicine. Methodology: It was developed a didactic and instructional material with multimedia, in the format of a video for students of homeopathy in a graduation course of medicine in a private university in Brazil. The production of this material was directed by means of the following methodological phases: planning, pre-production, production, edition and publication. For the validity of the product that contemplated the second objective of this dissertation, it was made a methodological research, to validate the content and the semblance. The Content Validity Index was calculated using three mathematical equations: the average of the indexes of validation of content for all the scale indexes and proportional of items of index that reaches scores 3- adequate 4- totally adequate, by all the judges). Results: In relation to the technical production, emerged a didactic and instructional material in the format of a video, classified as Qualis Technical Production of didactic material of Capes T1 = 100 points. The video has a duration time of 15 minutes, separated in three themes related to homeopathy that are: Systemic Vision and Conception health-disease; b) Integrative and complimentary practices in Health on Health Unic System: homeopathy focus; c) Homeopathy and its applicability in pediatric acute cases. After the creation of the product, it was validated by experts/judges of the homeopathy area. Its stressed that, after the consent of 19 specialists, all the items were kept related to the following criteria: objectives, structure and presentation and relevancy of the technical/technological product. It wasn’t necessary the reformulation of any aspects/items presented in the didactic and instructional material in the format of a video as it showed a percentual of agreement superior to 0,80 with an average of 0,94. Final considerations: The didactic and instructional material in video format proved to be valid in terms of appearance and content, with the potential to mediate educational practices in the training context of medical students Technical product and its applicability: the creation of the instructional video about homeopathy, in special, in the context of pediatrics for the students arranges itself as a didactic material that contributes to the sensibilization and reflection about this medical rationality. This product presents evidences capable of amplifying the perception of this group about means/conducts and treatments that allow the promotion of health and the prevention of diseases, which strengthens the link between student and user. Still, is highlighted that this product presents replicability and coverage for other graduation courses in medicine, allowing real impact in the formative process in the short and medium term.
