Resumo: | With the advent of globalization, work became the central feature of social identity, of social position, of men’s existing security. However, with computers science technology developments that revolutionized this form of work, consequently, it was induced the flexible working. The worker, victim of this system, seeking his survival, ends to submit himself to psychological violence. The analysis space is the working environment. Since work became into the social identity of worker under the principle of human dignity, foundation of the Federative Republic of Brazil, working environment should be healthy both physically and psychologically. It will be searched what are the possible consequences of this kind of violence in worker’s health, as well as legal protection to worker’s health before the working environment as a fundamental right, constitutionally guaranteed. |
