Resumo: | The film “De Gravata e Unha Vermelha” is a documentary produced in 2014 and directed by Miriam Schneiderman. The film's plot is based on testimonials from personalities and common people about sexuality and gender identity, as well as the prejudice and different types of violence suffered by these characters. This work proposes a film analysis of the aforementioned work and studies on teaching History. And through this analysis, supported by the narrative and moving images, it will be possible to perceive the representation of the history that happened in Brazil in 2014. This research associated with the use of cinema in the classroom, also promotes a reflection on the role of the School in matters involving (the invisibility of) sexuality and gender identity, to favor the teaching of History free of prejudice. The first chapter will present the History of cinema and the use of this tool in the classroom. In the second chapter, research on the relationships between the LGBTQIAPN+ communities, the school and the school curriculum will be displayed. And in the third chapter, film analyses will be exposed along with studies on sexuality and gender identity.the product of this research will be presented. |
