Resumo: | This dissertation is a survey conducted in the Postgraduate Diploma Program in Education from the Institute of Education of the Federal University of MatoGrosso, and the research concentration in Culture, Memories and Theory in Education. It focuses on the training of students from the State Military Police Academy Costa Verde by listening to their everyday experiences that make up your individuation, using the otobiographicresearch method, taking as baseline Monteiro’s work done from the concept of otobiography of Jacques Derrida. By this method, it is proposed to hear the life writing of research participants - who were first, second, and third-year-students in the commissioned officer training program in 2015 - which give name to its own history through Transcreation workshops. The produced written texts, shaped in their signature, in the Derridean sense, have its strength in its autobiographical character; reveal life powers of experiences, ways of experiences that shapes individuation. It is argued here that a text is always autobiographical, with its author signature, reporting experiences from their writings. With the labyrinth metaphor, we seek to hear written identification oftheir living powers in this membranous, sandy and tortuous path that leads and composes the fabric of individuation. The resonances of the produced written texts give news that the technicality and formality presented in the State Military Police Education System do not prevent the development of individualities, but, to their pathways produce different ways of being a Mato Grosso State Military Police Officer. |
