Resumo: This paper presents the results of a research on the development of a teaching proposal theme Means of Production of Electricity with the use of hypermedia to the foundations of the Theory of Meaningful Learning. The aim of this study is to present and analyze the potential of a differentiated strategy of teaching, having as background, combined with the technology education: hypermedia. The name of the product is produced: Power Connection The target audience is teachers and students of Basic Education. The product enables educators to have a place where they can find a wealth of material gathered on the theme electricity production, which can also be used with, and the students. In this research, we found that the contribution of this strategy for the Teaching of Physics in the perspective of teachers and students who participated in the application of the methodology in the classroom. The product was tested by Energy Connection Higher Education teachers and teachers of Basic Education, both from private as in public in the State of Mato Grosso. The product was also used by students of middle and high school. The survey was conducted using a research methodology of qualitative and quantitative nature. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires, records in the field notebook and semi-structured interviews. On building products Energy Connection, use videos, games, animations and also a webquest with all its attributes, namely: introduction, task, process, and resource assessment. The results show that students are encouraged when teaching involves virtual learning environments. Teachers like the methodology related to technology, but complain about the lack of physical infrastructure in schools, where most have computers that are outdated and with the internet connection slow when multiple computers are connected at the same time. Even so, the results of the survey revealed that the Energy Connection coupled with a teaching methodology that aims to Meaningful Learning can contribute effectively to the teaching of physics, since the product connection Energy collaborates, through research, correlation between theory and practice of group work and, above all, by the fact of being supervised and structured in a way that students can become involved in the development of a research task that can facilitate meaningful learning of concepts.
