Resumo: For an institution to achieve the expected results, it is important to carry out good planning and management of its projects. In this way, a strategy of indicators for the evaluation of performance is becoming popular, because the level of result of the new project, supporting the construction of strategies for continuous improvement. Considering that students at SENAI MT are encouraged to develop innovation, to improve technical skills and develop socio-emotional competence projects, this work presents support to the institution with regard to the evaluation of the performance of the innovation instruments that are being developed, to prioritize and evaluate which are the projects that are developed to make such a project viable, as well as the physical, intellectual and financial resources that should be used primarily in the projects for the institution. This is research with a qualitative approach, through documental collection and interview script, with closed-note content analysis, based on Sink and Tuttle's benchmark performance evaluation model and a Lean Startup methodology. The research results propose an evaluation outlined in its final version by an instrument of support of the institution, being a performance instrument with 27 indicators distributed in 5 constructs, which SENAI MT in decision-making and in strategic actions, to maximize the potential innovation of the projects developed by students, for solving the industrial problems.
