Resumo: | This paper presents a description autoetnografia held at the Academy of Military Police Military Police Costa Verde de Mato Grosso, PMMT. This is a phenomenological perspective in autoetnografia Merleau-pontyan seeking resize the relationship of the world, particularly the suspension from the very movement itself of this relationship, avoiding the gaze contaminated by common sense or the knowledge and practices that themed present things in a way that looks not clear if the question is given. So we agreed to come phenomenological dialectic things that go unnoticed in an exercise in awakening to these things will be possible if we refrain them for a moment, if we suspend, causing a reduction which rearranges the world lived. This look is released her experiences in three years of training in the Training Course for Officers PMMT. The objective is to foster redirects the organizational culture of the institution studied, thus avoiding possible damage to the fashionable humanistic and democratic state. It also aims to support a proposal for a curriculum that brings its core issues such as alterity, flexibility, sensitivity, dialog and emancipation to the student officer. |
