Documentário e cibercultura : conjunção contemporânea

Some aspects of contemporaneity have allowed art segments to vary. This work intends to build a dialog on the audiovisual – especially the documentary – by thinking of these transformations in relation to a new type of culture – which is called Cyberculture. Through simulation, which exists in other times – though its particularity is in the virtual sphere, we can understand some issues on the languages that expanded from the documentary to the web (internet) in the second decade of the 21st century. The diversity of public and format as well as the change of the cultural basis of the documentary (exhibition, distribution and production) caused us to have a new perspective on the creation of the genre on the internet. The theoretical basis ranges from culture, cyberculture, concepts of interaction and sociality, to the conceptions of the documentary in order to support my descriptions. The methodology is of a qualitative approach, because I am interested in the sense production in the following documentaries: O som do tempo (The sound of time), Cidades Visíveis (Visible Cities), Restos e Webdoc Verdade (Remains and Webdoc Truth). Thus, the descriptions aim at their formation inserted in the Cyberculture.
