O esporte da escola, as relações com a educação do campo e a pedagogia da alternância : uma construção para o voleibol no ensino médio

Resumo: The research has as object of study the thematization of sport at Terra Nova Agricultural School, with the implementation of the didactic unit volleyball from the context of rural education, alternation pedagogy and integrated and professional secondary education (EMIEP). Researching Physical Education, having Rural Education and Pedagogy of Alternation as a prism, especially considering the transformations in approaches that have occurred in it since the 1980s in Brazil, is the provocation for which this study proposes. The main objective of this work was to understand, from the context of rural education and the Pedagogy of Alternation, the contributions of sport (volleyball), so that this content appears adequate to the sociocognitive possibilities and that it is organized from the spiral and the incorporation of references of thought for students of all years of high school. The country school is a space deliberated by society as a non-urban enclosure, becoming the framework of countless concerns, anxieties. In this way, Physical Education in its peculiarities and its manifestations can be done in disagreement with the maxim that the country school reproduces the urban paradigm. The study was carried out in a state agricultural school in the municipality of Terra Nova do Norte - MT. The research methodology adopted was of a qualitative nature in the mold of action research. In the data collection, a semiopen questionnaire, a field diary and direct observation were used, and they were submitted to treatment through the analysis of coding categories proposed by Bogdan and Binken (1994). Among the possible potentialities identified, we highlight: definition of learning expectations aligned with the students' prior knowledge; ability to interact between conceptual and bodily knowledge, as well as the possibility of systematizing the technical-tactical elements inherent in volleyball when students are simultaneously included with students from other grades. Therefore, the pedagogical proposal implemented in this study can be considered as an innovative alternative for the pedagogical treatment of Sport in Physical Education classes, as it breaks with the traditional technical pedagogy based on technical fragmentation and the passive performance of students, at various times acting only as a mere repeater of stereotyped movements.
