Resumo: | This research, titled “Education in the Jewish Christological Community of Israel” was developed in the Postgraduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, in the Research line of Culture, Memories and Theories in Education. The aim is to understand the educational process within the community Jewish settled at the Veraneio settlement, in the city of Nova Canaã do Norte, in Mato Grosso. As one of its characteristics is the reception of people in situation of vulnerability, by addictive behavior or re-educated in freedom, the survey sought to answer the following problem: how did the J the Jewish Christological Community of Israel organized its daily life to re-educate these people? From the point of view of the method, the qualitative procedure was based on the collection of texts, testimonials, narratives that served as material for analysis. It was used, as theoretical framework, the concept of non-formal education by Gohn (2010) and Trilla and Ghanem (2008). It was possible to see that the daily life in the community was organized and focused on the formation of new habits and values. |
