Resumo: ABSTRACT The adolescence is considered as a period of the life built living in society that go beyond the conception of a merely natural development. The building of this identity awakes both anxiety and curiosity in young people. When these feelings are associated to a little life experience as well as an inappropriate guidance about contraceptive methods; these behaviors can expose the young people to a risk where the pregnancy event can happens. Recognizing the family as the first social contact group also recognizing its capacity in stablish moral and social values like behavior models. This study aimed analyze the familiar factors associated to the consequences about pregnancy in adolescence. This research was based in a model called case-control studies. The case-control was based in a quantitative approach in an accomplished group composed by 74 adolescents pregnant women (cases) and 74 juvenile pregnant women without historical of pregnancy during their adolescent life (control). The study was made in Unit of Family Health Strategy located in Cuiabá/MT State. All data were collected through some structured interviews that were targeted to 1 semi-structured questionnaire and 2 validated instruments, the Scale of Responsividade and Parental Demand, and familiar APGAR. The period of the data collected were between the months of August and October of 2016. To analyze the data, were used descriptive and inferences statistics through a software called EpiInfo version 7. To determinate the power of the association, it was calculated the Odds Ratio (OR) and its interval of confidence to 95 % (IC95 %). The research data emphasized the association up (p<0,05) between the pregnancy in adolescence and the absence of the biological father figure; time of familiarity coexistence; and the time of living with another familiar member less than 5 years; and working mothers who work outside the home. As well as the same young people who belong to families not nuclear in the period of the childhood or adolescence, no authoritative parenteral lifestyle and young people who don´t feel satisfied with the family in the aspects as affection and fraternal support. From this study highlighted the power and the influence that a family have about the incident of pregnancy in the adolescence. Sometimes the family acts as a factor of protection and sometimes as a factor of risk. In the present study was considered the composition, the organization and the family relations; however the data showed that the context of insertion of the young people in their families as well as the young´s resilience capacity also were a determining factor to the pregnancy event. This way, all these studies point to the importance of the Health Care Professional work jointly with families.
