Resumo: | The present work is result of research conducted with social workers of the Federal Institute of education, science and technology of Mato Grosso (IFMT) and had as goal to analyze the professional performance of social services developed in IFMT, of the form to identify the challenges and particularities for Social Service in professional and technical education mode (EPT). The Social Service professionals has the possibility to act in areas of major complexities, arising from increasing social inequalities that pertain to contemporary society and portray the vulnerability to significant population share this submitted. Among the social developments and daily challenges, the social workers, that act in the area of educational policy, confronting, assume the proposition of linking the conception education and design society referenced to the construction of a new corporate order. It is with this conception, that the area of education, it becomes an important performance space of social workers, as, the expressions of the social question in this scenario are manifested in all its diversity. For the consolidation of this research, within the universe of 14 (fourteen) campuses, only 12 (twelve) have social workers, covering the total of professionals working in the State of Mato Grosso. However, the subjects of the research were the 05 (five) professionals who returned the questionnaire responded. This with open questions, of the form to enable the subject of research, answer according to your professional reality. Thus, it is recognized that Social services must insert more broadly and effectively in EPT, deepening relationships within of this space as contradictory, in order to understand the dynamics of this institution, to subsequently develop work together, directed the expansion and conquest of social and educational rights, of paramount importance to the acting of social worker. |
