The present thesis it is the result of a long study on the people in street situation in the municipal district of Cuiabá, more precisely in the area geographically denominated of North Center. For being of interdisciplinary character, its content, appropriates of different epistemologias for the understanding of the conditions of the population of street of the/in the capital bush-grossense that, for antropomorfização, they transform, even if for a short period, the no-places in places to be and/or to inhabit. Subversions of actions, goal and spaces capable to turn shallows, squares, parks, sidewalks, waterfronts, hills, forests etc. "homes." Not a traditional house, like us met it, but as a territory where it look for to survive with the little that exists: art-facts and affections that, for qualified production of the city, in the sense certeauniano, adapt environments, bodies, relations and needs daily. Unit of the multiplicity possible thanks the arts of doing, that is, of turning the useless in useful, the public in private, the little or almost nothing in sufficient; but not only. To be homeless also implicates in the development and job of subtle cunning, according to every occasion, moment and circumstances. An indispensable learning to the survival of those who be aimlessly and the its own luck. Tactics of resistances whose performances, here revealed, they operate as contrafluxo to the rationalistic projects that seek to tame the statements citizens' bodies, putting them to service of the capital. In other terms: the present research brings to the surface, starting from observations in loco, the habitus of the street residents' ordinary life in Cuiabá. Life that independently of its subhuman condition it is an universe to the part, still little known and excessively stereotyped by the social-collective; a world whose economical stratum not only ressignifica their bodies and perceptions of moralities, as equally turn them invisible, impeding them of they frequent certain places, of they access free public services and of they buy simple and basic things, such as foods and clothes.
