Resumo: | The increase in enrollment in undergraduate courses offered through distance education associated with the intensive use of information and communication technologies, brings the need to discuss the treatment given to the protection of copyright, image and voice in this context. The study developed here aims to understand how these rights are addressed by teachers of the Centro de Referência em Ensino à Distância do Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso (CREaD/IFMT), in order to create systematized content about this theme. Thus, the research was applied, exploratory in nature, and quali-quantitative in approach. It was used as a technique for data collection bibliographic and documentary studies, and is also characterized as an action research. Thus, we sought to answer the following questions: What tools and actions are necessary to inform the academic community about copyrights and image and voice rights in the CREaD/IFMT context? After the analysis of the results, it was verified that there is a fragility about the theme among the teachers, where it was revealed that more than 90% have not received training on copyrights and, with emphasis on the rights of personality, 100% declared not to have received training on these rights in the last five years. The data lead to the perception that there may be limitations in the use of copyrights, image and voice, and possible exposure to risks by teachers. In this context, this research seeks to fill this gap with the preparation of systematized content, in the form of a manual, directed to the teachers of the CREaD/IFMT graduation, in order to subsidize the need for support material and stimulate future actions. Also, as a result of this study, analyses and suggestions for training actions for teachers were elaborated, aiming at the dissemination of knowledge about copyrights and personality rights (image and voice), using tools such as SWOT/FOFA analysis and Canvas. In conclusion, it is possible to state that the theme addressed in this research is relevant in order to explore the potential use of these rights in academic activities, without exposing the teacher to the risk of violating the rights of others, which translates into the need for further studies on the subject. |
