Resumo: In this work, qualitative research seeks to describe the meaning of abuse and sexual violence against children and adolescent males. For it is used as a research technique the narrative, which tells the life story of a young man who had his childhood stolen by sexual abuse within families. The methodology seeks to phenomenology in the form of understanding, from the thought of the philosopher Maurice Merleau-Ponty, who contributed to the understanding of phenomena. And in order to reflect and provoke debate about the abuse and sexual violence against children and adolescent males, in general, and describe the meanings of sexual abuse and violence narrated by a young man, in particular. This study had the problem: question and describe how is the development of a child who was sexually abused, the consequences of such violence in their behavior and their identity construction. The survey results have no objective sense, but rather are anchored in the subjective eye of the researcher considers that the particular personality of each subject and victimized. Therefore, the construction of identity depends on how each conceives and his experience. Each one is built, from himself, and with the other world, a triple existential relationship.
