The research investigated the structure of elements, concepts and dimensions that should be presente in the strategic technological roadmap for Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril's technology transfer sector. For the elaboration of this work, we used a methodological process of basic research; qualitative; supported by the single case study technique; with the application of observation tools; interviews; bibliographic and documentary reviews of primary and secondary sources and presentation and discussion seminar for roadmap preparation. For the analysis of the results, the data triangulation technique was used, using the qualitative analysis software MaxQda. The roadmap resulting from this research identified the main challenges, limitations, perspectives and routes that can be adopted by the embrapa agrossilvipastoril technology transfer área presenting an alignment of its mission and vision with possible perspectives and challenges that the unit to implement and develop the institutional innovation policy. The identification of the challenges and limitations that Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril faces in technology transfer actions in the State of Mato Grosso an analysis of the current scenario of the transfer sector from the vision of the milk and ILPF production chains, can be reference for a study with the other production chains worked by the institution.
