Resumo: |
The advance in soybean cultivation in Brazil has been growing in all regions of the country, and one factor limiting the crop is the low rainfall in producing regions. This work evaluated the behavior of soybean seeds, variety DM 75i76 IPRO, treated with copper-polyphenolic in different doses: 0.0; 0,5; 1,0; 1.5, and 2.0 mL.kg-1 of seeds and exposed to three different osmotic potentials obtained with polyethylene glycol 6000 solutions (0.0; -0.2 and -0.4 MPa). The experimental design was completely randomized. The first count and final germination, root and shoot growth, and root and shoot dry mass were evaluated. For the first count and germination, there was interaction. However, there was only interaction and benefit of seed treatment at zero potential. There was no interaction in the dry mass of the root and shoot, and the material obtained in the length evaluations was used. The use of copper-polyphenolic via seeds did not influence the seed's characteristics when exposed to water stress conditions. In situations without water stress, treatment with copper-polyphenolic up to 0.5 mL.Kg-1 benefited soybean plants' root and shoot length and did not impair germination. |
