Resumo: CAMARGO, GISELE PAQUER . Deep listening about the difference from the health service for trans people in Anastácio-MS. 157f. Dissertation (Masters) – Graduate Program in Cultural Studies. Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, 2021. ABSTRACT I aim to investigate the challenges of health care for trans people and aims to promote a deep listening to the experiences of caring for the trans population in the health services aimed at them in the city of Anastácio-MS. This proposal is justified by the fact that: “the first thing is that these scientists have to know is to listen, not just talk” (SANTOS, 2014, 332). In this context, it is urgent to think about how these bodies that transgress heterocisnormativity participate in visibility regimes and exercise their right to citizenship, including health, in this inner city. Based on the theoretical contribution of studies on gender (BUTLER, 2003, PRECIADO, 2015), transsexuality (BENTO, 2006; JESUS, 2012) and health (LIONÇO, 2009) I seek to understand the experiences of caring for the trans population through listening (SANTOS, 2019) of health professionals and trans people who use it to think about the potential and limits of an inclusive public health project that is sensitive to the bodies and experiences of the trans population. The Study is then part of the reflections that seek to historicize the construction of a primary health care system and the struggle of the LGBTQIA+ movement, the most vulnerable population of the group for the inclusion of their demands in this sphere, which is later consolidated in the Policy of Comprehensive LGBT Health Care and the National Humanization Policy. In this way, I seek to present and analyze how the national health policy was gradually incorporating the guidelines of the markers of differences at the national level to finally think about the organization of this system in Anastácio, in the interior of Mato Grosso do Sul, as well as the experiences of health professionals with the trans population and the own experiences of trans people in medical care in the municipal public network. The research was carried out from my work in a specialized health care unit in the municipality of Anastácio, where I can both promote actions to publicize the national policy of care for the LGBTQIA+ population, as well as training of multidisciplinary teams to care for this population and also promote listening to professionals and trans people who use the services in order to understand otherness, empathy and respect for difference appear in this space. Eight educational activities were carried out (Health Education), 21 questionnaires (Google Forms) were applied, and five medical records were analyzed, which allowed for a deep listening to the experiences of caring for the trans population.
