Resumo: Several studies point out that the concepts of Mol and Molar Mass are not correctly understood by students in High School, where the main difficulties are linked to how to relate these concepts to everyday life beyond classes, whose memorization through repetitive exercises and outdated approaches contained in textbooks, becomes the main resource. The correct understanding becomes important because it allows the comprehension of a microscopic world regarding the quantitative relations between the substances present in a chemical reaction. This work aims to elaborate a product for teaching the concepts of Mol and Molar Mass. For this, a Hypertext was used, using the theme water as a guide under the CTSA perspective (Science, Technology, Society and Environment). The theme of water in a CTSA approach was chosen as motivation because it presents great potential for the problematization of various issues. For the teaching of chemistry, the theme of water can be responsible for bridging the gap with diverse content, emphasizing learning in a contextualized way. The use of hypertext occurs because it allows the student to read in a non-linear way, bringing contributions such as greater dynamism, providing a route with better discovery of new informations. This is a qualitative research, where the intention is to describe and interpret facts. For the construction of this work, a bibliographic survey of articles, dissertations were carried out, and the main discussions about the teaching of the concepts of Mol and Molar Mass were observed in the literature, having as its target audience, Chemistry teachers from the Basic Education Network and their students. The Hypertext was elaborated using Microsoft Office PowerPoint, allowing access to diverse information, where the slides are organized in such a way that the student can be the autonomy to decide which paths to follow. It was divided into Introduction, where the theme water and its importance is approached as a natural resource indispensable for life on the planet. Next, the teaching of the concepts of Mol and Molar Mass, with the historical construction, analogies, exercises, and examples in the form of preambles. The hypertext follows the Three Pedagogical Moments proposal based on Paulo Freire's conceptions, proposing the forwarding of a theme to be worked at the classroom, obeying three stages: Initial Problematization, Knowledge Organization, and Knowledge Application. As a result, it is expected that Hypertext will be used by teachers as a subsidy to the chemistry classes, being part or all of the strategy for teaching the concepts of Mol and Molar Mass, showing itself as an important tool for the teacher's work. Key words: Teaching, Mol, Molar Mass, Hypertext, Water.
