The implementation of the Real Plan, in 1994, brought economic stabilization and low rates inflationary effects, leading to an improvement in the country's economic situation. This situation required a new conservative culture regarding the planning of personal resources, in addition to financial adaptations of the population and a new posture towards neoliberal implementations government, which extended the term and granting of financing and increased lines credit. This scenario prompted citizens to plan their expenditures against revenues, the in order to avoid indebtedness, mainly due to the ease of offering credit. You individuals who do not have effective control of their resources start to compromise their income in an uncontrolled way, generating indebtedness. This phenomenon does not occur in a way standardized, as people have different characteristics in terms of perception and sense of control, impacting personal decision making. Another important point to be highlighted refers to the structure of the presentation of information, which can be divided into structured, semi-structured and unstructured. Given this scenario, it is proposed as an objective general assess the influence of decision support and sense of control in the decision-making process personal decision. For this, an experiment was carried out with two groups of participants, the in order to test four hypotheses involving a sense of control and decision support. The conclusion was the confirmation of hypotheses, 1, 2 and 3, which argues that decision support positively influencing the personal decision-making process; what higher level of sense control positively influences the personal decision-making process. Is that, together, decision support and a sense of control positively influence the process of personal decision-making. Such a study contributes greatly to the development of possible system for decision making in personal finance. |
