Feminicide comes from the misogynistic and sexist socio-historical construction, whichis also demonstrated in Communication products. In this dissertation, field research was used to collect data, analyze the collected material and interview the journalist and owner of thenews paper to understand the dynamics of journalistic workin the region. Among the results found, there were small news texts with superficial information; lack of journalistic coverage of cases of femicide;distanced relationship between security agencies and the press; revictimization of women; prevalence of violence and threats against journalists; close relationship between newspaper, journalist and public. |
