Resumo: RestorativejusticeisarelativelynewthemeinBrazilthathasbeenincreasinglystudiedandapplied in several spheres, such as education, domestic violence, indigenous people, the prison system and the judicial system. This dissertation aims to contribute to the dissemination of this theory and practices in the Schools of the State Education Network of Mato Grosso do Sul, starting from its relationship with Philosophy. Thus, this work seeks to conceptualize the theme based on the bibliographic review on the subject and in dialogue with Kantian Philosophy. Kant's defense that morality must have universal validity makes a great contribution to the procedures of Restorative Justice, as it is a reference on ethics, morals and justice that are correlated with the values reflected in all restorative practices performed. Restorative Justice is a new model of justice aimed at situations harmed by the existence of violence. Values autonomy and dialogue, creating opportunities for people involved in the conflict (author and receiver of the fact, family and community) to dialogue and understand the real cause of the conflict, aiming to restore harmony andbalancebetweenall.Restorativeethicsisoneofinclusionandsocialresponsibilityandpromotes the concept of active responsibility. The greatest point of contact between restorative practices is thechangeinperceptioninrelationtoconflict,withinclusion,whichstemsfromtherighttobelong, equality,thedignityofthehumanperson,whichenablesreconciliationandopensthewayforpeace, making possible, in turn, the construction of a school environment with a more harmonious coexistence.Takingintoaccountmypracticeaddedtothetheoreticalbasisdescribed,thereisaneed to expand this practice in the State Education Network (REE) of Mato Grosso do Sul, considering that today only five schools are served with the program. The result obtained in schools with the contribution of Restorative Justice articulated with the other pedagogical projects developed at the LinoVillacháStateSchoolinrecentyears(2017-2019)pointstoresultsthatdeserve attentioninterms of training human beings for the correct relationship with themselves same, with the other, with the environment and with the word. As a product of this work, a booklet was created aimed at schools emphasizing how to receive adolescents and young people who comply with socio-educational measures.
