Resumo: |
This dissertation aims to analyze emotional abandonment, and the technical legal construction regarding the topic, taking into account feelings of affection and respect for human dignity, and at the same time, reflect on new family formations, machismo and masculinity related to culturality, and think about legislation that ensures policies on the right to affection, legal security for those abandoned and legal toughness for those who practice the act of emotional abandonment. Thus, methodologically, we seek ways to strengthen Family Law with regard to family relationships, their new configurations, and ensure rights for everyone involved, determining rights and obligations, with a view to the affectivity of relationships. In this sense, when we deal with family relationships, new forms of family and the resulting relationship of affection, we will be bringing a debate about the responsibilities of family members, and the possible drafting of new laws that guarantee rights to those who are emotionally abandoned. |
