Resumo: | The objective of this work is to study the role of the curriculum in theadministrator formation through the period of creation of Business Administration School, initially in the United States of America and, following, in Brazil, having as a landmark the Business Administration School of São Paulo (EASESP), a pioneer among us, created under the sponsorship of Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). A special attention was given to the perception of teachers and students of Business Administration School at Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES) about the role of the curriculae on the ideological formation of the future administration. In the institutional practice, it was observed that teachaers and studentes have a common conservative and mainly for not knowing other theoretical perspectives offered by this field of study, since they are so attached to educational ideology that favours the teaching of business only for the proctetion of capital interests. |
