Resumo: | This research aims to investigate the impasses for the hysterical man, regarding the accsess of male sexual position. For this, we consider the course in the Oedipus complex and the relation with castration, whereby the subject assumes psychic positions for the establishment of sexuality, and it is also the mishaps of this process that results in neurosis. Initially, we sought to consider the importance of some aspects that subsidize the relation of man to what is characteristic of male sexuality and that enables him to transit through what is particular in his sexual identity. Then, the route in the texts of Freud and Lacan that deal with the subject, especially of the cases discussed by the authors, gave subsidies to delimit and identify particularities about the so-called masculine hysteria that designates, as employed by said authors, the hysterical position in men, anatomically speaking. We understand that the implication in the symbolization of castration and the effects of this in symbolic fulfillment signify, for hysterical man, a problematic before which the necessity of securing what escapes him is imposed. Thus the hysteric takes the path of love to his father, in the belief of this power that would have been able to account for the unrepresentable of which the subject is faced with the image that the deprivation of the mother imposes on him and the anguish that her desire subject him. Therefore, the difficulty in renouncing identification with the maternal phallus, the implications in the transmission of the symbolic phallus, as well as the support of the love of the father, are the aspects that dimension the traits of feminization present in the men who find exit in a hysterical position. |
