Resumo: | The main questions this research emerged at the time of my return to schools. My route professional has always been marked by constant challenges, but what sets the questions that are proposed this study refer to my last positions held in the Municipal Network of Belo Horizonte Education: pedagogical coordination, direction and class regency. This study is relevant because it is findings and reflections that emerge from my practice. It is from the school ground, which appeared the main concerns of this study: the challenges of teaching activity, routine work with babies 0-1 year, with regard to the completeness of the child's education and especially the work of teachers. What I observed is that the integration of the teachers team work in classes 0-1 year appears as a challenge by the pedagogical fragmentation and organization of times and spaces of the institution. Research onthe work of teachers in the nursery and as in the organization and integration of teaching practice in class 0-1 year occurred from the observation and analysis of field research and survey of the present challenges in the planning and development process the collective work of the team of teachers. To achieve the proposed objectives realized a qualitative research, I generally brief mention about school full-time and established dialog with some concepts about the completeness of the child's education from the perspective of care / education, the routines of babies and teaching . This theoretical framework is described in the first topic. Soon after, describe the context of early childhood education in Belo Horizonte and the study of this field of research. Finally, the third topic I present the observations and conclusions of field observation, interviews were conducted with school teachers. What I could see is that there is a difficulty in the integration of teaching, imposed by the structuring of time and school spaces and the need to seek alternatives to overcome this challenge. |
