Resumo: This study had by objective to investigate the relationship between the Knowledge acquired in lato sensu post graduation courses in Business Administration and the Professional Feedback obtained by the graduates of these courses and to develop and validate a relational model that involves these two hypothetical constructs. To achieve this goal, the theoretical frame of reference encompassed recent studies in the areas of continuing education, lato sensu specialization in the MBA and MPA modalities, assessment of specialization programs, assessment of Higher Education Institutions, career development opportunities for executives, and to seek, through a historical rescue, to situate the context of this study in actual times, given the economy and market reality into which organizations and individuals are inserted. The study methodology was based on an exploratory quantitative research, making use of a questionnaire developed specifically for this purpose as a way to collect data, which were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). This tool helped to perform the factor analysis that allowed the validation of the psychometric scales used in the research instrument. Furthermore, Structural Equation Modeling allowed the discovery of the degree of importance on which each variable affects each construct as well as the calculation of the path coefficients, as proposed by the relational model between Knowledge and Professional Feedback. The main conclusion obtained by this work may be highlighted as the validation of the proposed model, as it proved the existence of a positive and significant relationship between the constructs of second order. Thus, one can say that there is a significant positive relationship between Knowledge acquired in the lato sensu specialization courses in Business Administration and Professional Feedback, as perceived by individuals in the sample selected for the study. Adjustments were made in order to increase the reliability of results, and proposals for new studies that amplify the outcome of the main objective of the work and that increase the reliability of the model developed herein, in the case for reapplication in other samples
