The career success is perceived as real or perceived achievements individuals have accumulated as a result of their work experiences. This study reinforces the need to thoroughly study the current relationship between organizations, universities and professionals, having as main objective to analyze the relationship between career success and the contribution of the master's in business administration, the perception of the graduates of the State of Ceará. The study demonstrates that the profile of egress standard, an MBA, is predominantly male, married, over 46 years with pay between 5 and 10 minimum wages, which realizes the Masters as important in your career, so what did you go beyond wage improvements. The study also points out that there was no migration now, but change of occupation and which it exercises managerial position. The specific objectives indicated that graduates perceive mainly career success by feeling superior performance on a task, demonstrating an ongoing process of transformation of their skills, ability to obtain employment and income and respect to its core values. Signaled that the masters honed his skills and experience and the relationship to meet the demands and financial recognition of their activities, and the deepening of self-knowledge and the reorganization of employment to the changes inside or outside the organization. |
