Resumo: The objective of this dissertation is to analyze the forms of violence experienced by the students during the period at the Junior Enterprise (JE). Thus, we bring up the part of discussion about violence in Social and Human Sciences and the processes of naturalization and banalization. We criticize the more relevant approaches in the debate about violence, specially the works of Marie-France Hirigoyen and Pierre Bourdieu. We proposed a conception of violence based on two categories: interpersonal violence and symbolic violence. In the sequence, we expose the symbolic violence as the base of discussion and its relationship with the managed world, the ideology of the administration and the participation of the junior enterprises in the formative process of undergraduate students. We present the research object (the JE) and expose the epistemology and the methodology that had guided the inquiry. We demarcated that the empirical study was developed by means of a qualitative research, based in a study of case done through twenty interviews of verbal history and through three interviews destined to the historical contextualization. The results of thisresearch were analyzed by hermeneutics-dialectic approach, in search for an immanent critic of the reality in two directions. In one hand, the experienced violence was taken as particular and, in the other hand, the reproduction of the ideology of the administration in the formation of students at JE as universal. We conclude that, by intermediation of false projection, false identification and the pseudo-individuality, the students naturalize the violence of which they are victims and they spread out it either in the JE or in another place of work. Thus, they believe that the establishment of violence is necessary to the success of learning, truly and deeply, therefore this learning offers the previous experience before the professional reality that is naturally overwhelming. When they dont reproduce such forms of violence, the undergraduate students and the students already graduated consent with such violence, justifying it for the same reason. The focus is turned from the education for the constitution of a complete person for the education of himself as commodity. This student yields his/her proper freedom for certain price, in search of the shelter among the socially elected people.
