Resumo: The research object are the learning experiences of the GrupoExperimental de Dança from NGO Corpo Cidadão. The dance is a ancient social practice, characterized as human experience in which the person is not separate from himself, but wholly present at it. In each community of dance practice, the dance gets unique way, when held in a specific context, brings their own organization in which they produced their own movements. To describe / analyze the learning experiences of dance in this group was used the approach of situated learning in communities of practice (LAVE and WENGER, 1991) from its structural dynamics and situational. The young people experiences sets the learning of dance that are diffuse in the dynamic structural and situational. The young people from GED experience in the everyday practices: the classical dance world, contemporary dance, group of dance and of presentations and learn to be a dancer in the complex relationships of the community of practice. the game of sex roles, from the different forms of participation, from power relationships. the collective actions and they test self government, they createpossibilities to citizenship exercise and teach other people from socialrelationship experiences.
