This research reflects on the current conceptions and conditions for content display in the Brazil, especially in the visual arts field, when they depict nudity of some kind, especially of people on the margins of society. The photographer / researcher, based on his experience as an LGBTQ+ activist and based on his authorial photographic project “TransLuz - Other Female Expressions" (focused on the letter T, for transsexuals and transvestites, of the acronym) proposes reflections related to minorities, people in situations of social vulnerability, gender constructions / identity, nudity and censorship.
