Resumo: ABSTRACTPAULA,M.A. Constructionof anursingdiagnosis labels andplancareformaternal-childcare. 2018, 174f.Dissertation(Master's degreeinNursing) -NursingSchool, Federal University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, 2018.Nursingis acomplexprofessionanditscareis essential tothetreatment of sick people.Itis noticedthat,in assistivepractice, theneedtoteachthenurses toimplement theNursingProcesses effectively andsystematized. This studyaimedtobuildthenursingdiagnosis labels andplancare for maternal-childcare. This is amethodological studydevelopedat ateachinghospital in Belo Horizonte. The samplepopulationwas of28nurses,withthepredominanceof female specialists(96.4%) andanaveragegraduationof11.4years. Itwas analyzed328instruments withnursingproblems identifiedbynurses.After redundant contentsexclusionandnormalization, 47neonate-relatednursingproblemsand59related-pregnant/puerperal womenwere mappedto42nursingdiagnosis (ND) labelsrelatedtoneonates and57relatedtopregnant/puerperal women. TheNDlabelswere organizedintotheBasic HumanNeedstheoryandforneonates, 100% werepsychobiological humanneeds. Themajority(19%)wererelatedtophysical andcutaneousphysical integrity, followedby(14.3%) tovascular regulation. Forpregnant/puerperal women, 66.7% oftheNDreferredtothepsychological need,being(14%) relatedtophysicalintegrityandcutaneousandmucosalintegritybasic ehumanneeds.33.3%referredtopsychosocial needs withrespecttolove, affectionandattention(12.3%)needs. Atotal of284nursingcare prescriptionswithanaverageof6.8per diagnostic were identifiedfor neonates and404nursingcare prescriptionswere identifiedfor pregnant/puerperalwomen,withanaverageof7.1requirements per nursingdiagnoses.Theuseofanursingstandardizedlanguageallowsgreater visibilitytoprofessionals clinical practiceinobstetric carefor pregnant/puerperal women andneonates.
